Smiita Krishna is a Functional Nutrition Practitioner with over 6 years of experience in metabolic health, weight management, and lifestyle-based wellness.

She is an ACSM Certified Nutritionist and a Gold Medalist in ACSM Certified Personal Training (CPT-ACSM), along with certification in Functional Nutrition from iCFN. She is also a Certified Resonance Frequency Breathwork Trainer and a trained National Diabetes Educator.

Smiita’s work focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of weight gain and lifestyle-related health concerns — including metabolic imbalance, digestion, nutrient deficiencies, sleep, stress, and hormonal changes.

She also serves as the Official Health & Nutrition Coach for Mrs & Miss Uttar Pradesh, where she mentors participants on fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing.
